Symantec Ghost WINPE Driver add not working

Using GSS 2.5 to create a bootable WINPE ghost disk which I done may times in the past successfully. This version I am adding the Vista Broadcom NetXtreme driveer for the BCM5719 for an HP DL380p G8 server I just got. I see the netwotk instances, but it doesn't work. It appears the NICs did not bind as I dont get the normal UDP connection information from the ipconfig /all command.  I tried loading the HP Ethernet 1Gb 4-port 331FLR Adapter Windows server 32 bit driver also but the results are the same.   Does anyone have some trouble shooting ideas, they would be appreciated.
