Moving Ghost Console to new computer

I need to move my Ghost Console to a new computer.  I've asked this question via Symantec Support and gotten a bit of information, but there are a couple of things that are left unanswered.

How do Ghost Clients locate the console?  Is it solely by NETBIOS name?  Or DNS lookup?  If so, would simply giving the new console computer the same name as the old console computer establish that communication?

I know there's more to it than that, such as backing up the console database and some registry setting and importing those into the new console.

Just trying to figure out what needs to happen on the clients (if anything) to get them to communicate with the new console.
